Slow Down, Reconnect, and Come Home to Yourself
6 – 10 February 2027, South Coast of Sri Lanka (near Tangalle)
In a world that constantly asks us to do more, move faster, and stay connected to everything around us, we often lose connection with the one relationship that matters most — the relationship we have with ourselves.

Return to Self is an invitation to pause.
To step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with your body, your breath, your inner rhythm, and the quiet wisdom that already exists within you.
Rather than adding more to who we think we need to become, this retreat creates space to reconnect with who we already are beneath stress, overstimulation, responsibilities, and the constant demands of modern life.

The Invitation
This space is designed for those who feel the need to slow down.
For those who have spent too much time in doing mode.
For those who want to reconnect with their body, regulate their nervous system, and experience what it feels like to simply be — without performance, pressure, or expectation.
For five days, you will step away from your routine and enter a space designed for restoration, softness, connection, and embodied presence.
This is your invitation to return to yourself.
Hi, I’m Sonal Paladini - the Retreat Host
I’m a yoga teacher, retreat leader, and creator of The Mandala Method — a circular, intuitive movement practice that blends yoga, breath-work, nervous system awareness, and embodied movement.
After facilitating 5 retreats across Goa, Malta, and Portugal over the last two years, I felt called to create something different.
Something softer.
Less about intensity or constant transformation.
And more about creating the conditions for genuine reconnection.
Return to Self was created around that philosophy.

Our Days Together

Over five days together, you will experience:
• Daily morning energizing yoga practices
• Evening soft yoga and restorative movement sessions
• Guided breath-work and nervous system regulation practices
• An opening evening of sound immersion and deep relaxation.
• Beach sunsets and nature immersion
• Nourishing wholesome meals shared in community
• Deep rest, spaciousness, and time without pressure
• Meaningful sisterhood and authentic connection
• Time for journaling, reflection, stillness, and integration
There is no pressure to constantly do.
You are invited to listen to what your body needs.
Imagine This..
Waking up slowly on the Sri Lankan coast.
Drinking your morning tea surrounded by nature before beginning the day with energizing movement designed to awaken your body and restore vitality.
Moving, breathing, stretching, and reconnecting with your physical body — not to perform, but simply to feel alive.
Sharing beautiful wholesome meals with a small group of like-minded people, enjoying meaningful conversations, laughter, and connection.
Spending the afternoon resting, reading, journaling, walking barefoot outdoors, swimming, or simply doing nothing at all.
Gathering again in the evening for slow movement, restorative yoga, softness, and deep relaxation as the nervous system begins to unwind.
Watching the sunset by the beach in stillness.
Ending the evening with connection, sound healing, gentle practices, and the quiet feeling that you have finally slowed down enough to hear yourself again.
Five days of slowing down enough to hear yourself again.
