All levels & genders welcome.

The Invitation

You’re not just here to survive—you’re here to shine and lead with your energy.

This is your invitation to realign your energy and step into your soul’s radiance. Each day of the retreat is devoted to one of your seven chakras—with yoga, guided meditation, breathwork, somatic healing, rituals, and practices to unlock your energetic power.

Sonal Paladini feminine energy retreat

Hi, I’m Sonal Paladini, a yoga teacher, retreat leader, and meditation guide whose work blends ancient wisdom with intuitive embodiment.

After the success of my Goddess Yoga Retreat (Goa, January 2025) and Sirocco (Summer Solstice Retreat in Malta, June 2025), I have designed a transformative experience where you will journey through deep self-inquiry and energetic alignment on my beloved Mandrem beach in Goa where spiritual energies are high.

Ecstatic Dance - Goddess Retreat, Goa

Imagine waking up in paradise every day with the sounds of the birds. Stepping out of the room to head to the beach for a quick morning walk as you smell the salt and listen to the waves.

Arriving with joy at the rooftop Yogashala with trees all around and doing Yoga + Pranayama with the sounds of nature. Sitting by the sea and enjoying a delicious, yet nutritious brunch with sisterhood vibes, or even alone, based on your mood that day.

Having a few hours of free time to rest, reflect, journal, and explore the beautiful Goa at your own pace.

Arriving back at the Yogashala or the beach for pre sunset restorative Yoga + meditation to manifest your best timeline.

Watching the best sunsets of your life, laughing, dancing barefoot, and loosening up.

Gathering for a beachside dinner with a warm flicker of candlelight – and feeling gratitude for life.

Ending the day with a ceremony like Ecstatic Dance / sound healing, etc to sleep with a smile.

This could be YOU.

My experience went really very deep and I felt much lighter after the “Letting Go” ritual – very heavy things fell out of my body and unconscious mind. I am full of love and gratitude for all of your last beautiful group and especially you, Sonal, for just being who you are. Don’t ever change anything, go on as you are doing from the heart. Testimonials of my Previous Retreats

I joined the Goddess retreat in Goa hosted by Sonal. I can honestly recommend everyone to join at least one of her retreats. The yoga was authentic and I gained new knowledge regarding the chakras, mudras, and mantras. I loved how diverse the retreat was. With other activities such as breath work, journaling, affirmations, excursions etc. I loved how Sonal gave guidance during the class. She was authentic, open about her experiences and gave different positions for a single pose so everyone could participate, no matter at which yoga level you are. It was a magical experience, and I am so happy I made the decision to join. The venue they selected was beautiful and near the beach. The food was great too, since there were vegan and vegetarian options. For me, everything was perfect. An experience I will never forget and always will cherish.

The retreat that Sonal created exceeded all my expectations. The yoga classes were well thought through and combined knowledge, authenticity, and playfulness. The classes were well adapted for different levels of experience. Sonal put her heart into creating this retreat, and their commitment created a space where I could get out even more than I thought from the experience. Sonal can impart a lot of knowledge and guidance in a humble way. Her classes are infused with a playfulness, which I find liberating. I love her classes!

I attended the Goddess Retreat in Goa and I loved all the yoga, the trust in us, the use of “maybe” and “I invite you” the sighing, the flows, the starting “ceremony”, the gorgeous mandala, the mood booster, the journaling prompts, the conversations, the lack of judgement, safe space, the dancing, and the people. Loved the experience.

I attended the Goddess retreat, which was organised so beautifully.

So, the retreat wasn’t just about Yoga. Of course, Yoga was there, but it was so much about sisterhood, and we were given a safe space where we were given to be our authentic self.

I think there are so many memories and good practices that I’m going to take forward in my life. Even if I can implement a few of them, I would change my life. It was that good for me.

Loved the Yoga sessions.  It wasn’t overwhelming, & neither was it easy. Loved the journaling questions. Really made us think.

Great retreat, thank you so much :)

I liked the meditations, Yoga classed in the morning and evening were good, really enjoyed the sound healing session.

Perhaps next time it could be 1 or 2 days longer.

The whole retreat itself was really harmonious.

Really good organization of everything.

Thank you for a great experience.

Attending the Goddess Yoga Retreat with this incredible group of women was truly life-changing. From the moment I arrived, I felt a deep sense of sisterhood, safety, and support. Each session was more than just movement—it was a spiritual experience that helped me reconnect with my inner strength, beauty, and intuition.

The facilitators created such a sacred space where we could be vulnerable, empowered, and completely ourselves. The energy we cultivated together—through breathwork, meditation, dancing, and shared stories—was nothing short of magical. I left feeling renewed, inspired, and deeply grateful for the bond we all shared.

This retreat wasn’t just about yoga—it was a journey back to myself. I highly recommend it to any woman ready to rise into her fullest, most radiant self.

Roshika Yadav (Goddess Retreat 2025)

First of all, thank you so much for planning this retreat for us, it has been such a great time! Honestly I haven’t had many expectations concerning the retreat, because I have never been on one and I didn’t know what could be features/elements of a yoga retreat. I was expecting a lot of yoga (which we did, yay :D) and a lot of free time, but it was exciting that we got to meet a sound healer and had a summer solstice ritual, which I never had the chance to experience/partake in yet. I loved the group, we had very interesting and kind ladies in our group and I loved that we spent so much time together (i.e. going stand up paddling and to the Blue Lagoon) and also that you were spending time with us as well, apart from teaching yoga. It was a nice, small group where everybody got to know each other and we got close pretty quickly, even though the retreat was only 5 days long. The hotel was good as well, the food was nice overall and the location (concerning water and views) was also beautiful, it was just a little bit sad that we were pretty isolated from other cities/walkable roads/trails, so that we couldn’t really go for a walk during the day/evening or do some quick sightseeing while having our free time. Still, it was a wonderful experience and I would love to go to India next year and/or a retreat in Europe! Thank you also for incorporating our wishes concerning yoga poses/input and being very flexible about starting times for yoga in the evening! It was fun as well to have a pilates teacher and a breathwork teacher with us, who taught us sme pilates/breathwork. All in all, I loved the retreat and would definitely recommend it to other people (already did!) and would go again myself! Thank you again for the wonderful time and see you soon!

Valerie Henze (Malta Summer Solstice Retreat, June 2025)

Dear Sonal, thank you so much for this wonderful Yoga retreat. I felt very comfortable from the first day, even if I didn’t always show. The meditations were very special and touched me deeply. I enjoyed Yoga classes with you each time, and the focus was something different.

I also thought it was nice that we had the opportunity to do Pulates and breathwork.

Your meditations were great, especially the last one touched me very much. Thank you for taking us to Valetta for the International Yoga Day – it was a lot of fun and a great experience.

It was also nice that we had free time. The hotel was good, at first I thought it was a bit too far from Valetta and there was a sandy beach nearby, but in the end I liked that it was so close to Comino island, and the sea was right outside the door. The food buffet was very good and there was something for everyone. The garden room was very nice.

The Summer Solstice ritual with white dresses and the beautiful rose quartz bracelet that we charged was a special experience. Thank you, Sonal, for making this great trip possible, and I hope we can repeat this sometime.

Key Info

  • Check in at 1400 on 3 November 2025 and check out is at 10 am on 9 November 2025.  The Yoga session on the first day will start post-check-in so that we can all watch the sunset together post-yoga. On all the other days, there will be two Yoga sessions – one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at sunset time.
  • The nearest airport to the venue is Manohar International Airport – Goa Airport (GOX), which is just 30 km away. Goa has another airport – Diabolim / Goa International Airport (GOI), which is 58 km away.
  • The typical temperature in Goa in January 2025 is around 20-30 degrees Celcius.
  • If you’re arriving in India from another country, then you need a visa for India. Consider applying for an EVisa for India, which is easy and quick.
  • In order to arrive in Goa from another country, there may not be a direct flight to Goa. You can opt for a flight with a quick change in Delhi (like Air India) or you can take a break in Delhi or Mumbai. Delhi or Mumbai can be stressful if it is your first time in India, so consider flying to Goa directly. Goa is an easier destination for first-timers than the big cities. Once you get accustomed to India, then you can consider spending a few days in other destinations within India. Yes, I am aware that everyone who visits India wants to see the Taj Mahal. My honest opinion as an Indian is to be aware that Agra (the city where the Taj Mahal is situated) isn’t an easy destination for first-timers. You may consider the Golden Triangle route, which is Delhi, Agra (Taj Mahal), and Jaipur in a group tour or with a trusted taxi driver.

About the Food

The food at the 7 Chakra Retreat will be Sattvic, a mix of European and Local.

Sattvic food, rooted in Ayurvedic principles, refers to foods that are considered pure, wholesome, and nourishing, promoting physical and mental well-being. It emphasizes fresh, natural, and minimally processed foods, including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds. These foods are believed to cultivate clarity, calmness, and vitality.

We will be eating all our meals in Nalanda’s in-house restaurant – Chia Lounge – a highly rated restaurant; feel free to read the reviews here.

The food was a big hit during my last retreat because not only was it delicious, but it was also nutritious and nourishing. So, if you think healhty food can’t be delicious, this restaurant will change your mind.

The buffet-style brunch and dinner will have local delicacies as well as basic European food to suit everyone. As mentioned before, our brunch would be after morning Yoga and dinner with be after sunset stretching.

Goa’s cuisine has evolved over the years with Portuguese influences. The typical regional food is fish and coconut curry with rice. Nonetheless, Indian food always has a lot of vegan options and there’s going to be something for everyone.

If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know at the time of booking.

About Goa

Goa is the most beautiful beach destination in India, situated on the western coast of South India. Goa has the perfect scenic beauty that one needs on a holiday but it has so much more than that.

It is known for its culture, beaches, food, forests, music events, colorful street shops, and counterculture.

Goa was a Portuguese colony while the rest of India was a British colony. This is why Goa’s culture has evolved independently of the rest of India’s and has a very liberal and international vibe.

Manohar International Airport – Goa Airport (GOX) - 30 km away, or  Diabolim / Goa International Airport (GOI) - 58 km away.

You will most likely need a tourist Visa for India and you can apply for an E-Visa.

The typical temperature in Goa in November 2025 is around 24-32 degrees Celcius. Bright skies and loads of sunshine.

Of course you can. I have held multiple retreats where people have come alone or with their best friends, or even mothers.
